How it Works - Joining our Team
01 Your Info
First, we need a few details from you - daily rate, pension payments required, days worked per year.
02 Quote
We next give you 2 quote figures. First is the monthly and annual income based on your working days per month - allowing you to compare us against competitors.
But, we also give you a net daily rate - and show you how to work out your month on month cash flow based on your days worked...
03 We start...
Finally, you agree to come with us and we get started...
04 Join Us
We onboard you quickly and efficiently. Set up salary payments and timesheets.
At this point you are covered by our comprehensive insurance.
05 Month End
End of the month / week we bill your service company / agency based on your days worked plus any expenses.

06 Payment...
Our commission comes off your billed hours - so it's gross not net - as little as £6 per week. We pay your salary on the day we receive payment. Pensions are paid the following month as per providers payment schedules.

No More Invoicing
Rather than you using your LTD company to invoice you timesheet to us and we do the rest.

Payroll
Each time period (weekly / monthly) we invoice your client / agent for the time you work. We then calculate your take home pay - taking into consideration Employers NI, Umbrella Fee, Pension payments, Employees NI and Personal Tax. You receive a payslip together with annual P60's.

Continuous Employment
You remain employed during any gaps between assignment. We will also support you finding another assignment via our agency network and social media.

Pensions
As an employer we are obligated to enrol you in our Pension Scheme if you do not have a pension. You can choose to opt out or continue to pay to an existing Pension scheme. Our Pensions can be paid as Salary Sacrifice and we can pay into existing Pensions.
Employers contributions are 7% but you can choose to add more if you wish.

As an employee you benefit from being covered by our insurance cover. This includes:

No Hidden Charges
We only charge our margin whilst you are on assignment and being paid.
If you choose to leave our company, there are no exit fees, hidden costs or contractual tie ins.
